The requirement information of Indonesia Chicken manure Drying system is as follows: Raw Material: Chicken manure from layer farm; Input Moisture content: about 70-75%; Output Moisture content: no more than 25%; Input Capacity : 3 tons per hour; Fuel: diesel.
1. Diesel burner and Hot Air Furnace supply high temperature air for the manure drying machine.
2. Inlet Screw Conveyor sends wet chicken manure into the Chicken Manure Dryer Machine.
3. Inside poultry manure drying machine, wet chicken manure is heated by the hot air, and the water is evaporated into water vapor, and finally the dried chicken manure comes out from the dryer dru's outlet, and the water vapor goes out from the air tube and then goes into the cyclone dust separator.
4. Induced draft fan is used to make the hot air into the manure drying system, and make the exhaust air and water vapor out of the dryer drum.
5. Cyclone dust separator is used to separate the fine manure powder from the exhaust air .
6. Wind closing device is installed on the bottom of the cyclone dust collector, and it avoids the ambient air into the poultry manure drying system.
7. Deodorization Tower System is used to process the odor in the exhaust air.
8. Outlet Screw Conveyor sends the hot dry chicken manure into rotary cooling drum.
9. There are draft fan and cyclone dust separator for the rotary cooling drum. This draft fan makes the cold ambient air into the cooling drum to cool down the hot dry chicken manure, and this cyclone dust separator separate the fine dust from the exhaust air.
10. Outlet screw conveyor sends the dry chicken manure into the product storage area..
11. Electric Control Panel is used to control all the machines in the poultry manure drying system.
