First of all, in the process of sand dehydration and drying process, the effect of sand dehydration and drying is mainly achieved by the heat exchange between wet sand and high temperature air flow. If the ventilation capacity of the sand dryer is too large, the sand and hot air in the sand dryer drum will be sucked away before the full heat and mass transfer, which will seriously affect the efficiency of sand dehydration and drying, not only greatly reduce the sand drying output, but also increase the fuel cost.
Secondly, if the air volume inside the sand dryer is too small, after the sand with high humidity and the high temperature air flow have full heat exchange, the hot humid air in the dehydrator can not be sent away in time, which will seriously affect the dehydration efficiency of the sand dryer, thus reducing the output, and also affect the quality of the sand after dehydration. Therefore, adjusting the air volume of the sand dryer is the key factor to ensure the efficiency and quality of the sand.
Third, during the operation of the sand drying machine, the uneven feeding of the staff will also affect the air flow of the sand dryer. Because, if the staff feed too much to the sand dryer, they can not make the sand fully contact with the hot air, resulting in incomplete dehydration, which ultimately affects the output and quality of the rotary sand dryer. At the same time, in the case of too little feed, it is easy to form the internal material break of the sand dehydrator, which will cause a large amount of heat loss and increase the fuel cost.
Therefore, when we use sand to dry, we must ensure good ventilation effect. In the sand dehydration and drying operation, pay attention to observe whether there is air leakage at the joints of the pipes of the main engine. Once the sealing condition is found to be poor, repair it in time, so as not to affect the output due to the poor ventilation effect of the sand dryer machine.
