Combining the past years actual experience in the poultry manure drying field, Sunco Machinery designed one new type deodorizing chicken manure dryer machine which is with special deodorization tower and recycling water pool which can help to lighten the odor during the chicken manure drying process.
Deodorizing chicken manure dryer is widely used for drying of all kinds of animal manure such as poultry manure, cow dung, pig manure, sheep manure, etc. It is to use hot flue gas to heat and dry wet manure, and within about 15 minutes the water inside manure can be evaporated into vapor, and then get the dry manure.
Deodorizing chicken manure dryer has features of compact structure, high heat exchanging efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation, easy installation and operation, less maintenance cost, high drying capacity, etc.
Deodorizing chicken manure drying machine mainly includes rotary drum dryer, lifting boards, driving device, supporting device, induced draft fan, chimney, air duct tube, electric control cabinet, inlet screw conveyor, outlet screw conveyor, etc.
Wet chicken manure is fed the dryers' inlet hole, and dry chicken manure is discharged at the dryer's outlet hole. Hot air furnace generate and supply hot flue gas for the chicken manure drying machine. Under the function of induced draft fan, hot flue gas moves through the rotary cylinder in direct contact with the wet manure, and then the manure temperature rises, then water become water vapor. The chicken manure dryers is equipped with lifting boards, which lift the wet manure and shovel it up and down through the hot airflow. During this process, the moisture is evaporated into vapour. Then under the function of the induced draft fan, the water vapour goes out of the rotary cylinder and goes into atmosphere. Finally the dried chicken manure comes out of the chicken manure dryer through the discharging hole.
After drying, the moisture content of dry chicken manure can be reduced to be about 13-15% or as need. The dry chicken manure can be used as organic fertilizer, animal feed, etc. Some customers also will use pellet mill to make the dry chicken manure into fertlizer pellets, and then pack it into bags. Finally sell the fertlizer pellets with better price in market.
