Troubleshooting methods of Poultry Manure Dryer Machine

Common failure causes and elimination methods of Poultry Manure Dryer Machine:

1.  After being dried by poultry manure dryer, too high output moisture content of the dry chicken manure.

Causes :

1. The feeding hot air temperature is too low;
2. The wet manure feeding quantity is too big;
3. The rotation speed of the poultry manure dryer is too quick.
4. The air flow quantity is too big.

Solution:

1. Add more fuel into the hot air furnace, and increase the feeding hot air temperature;
2. Reduce the wet manure feeding quantity;
3. Reduce the rotation speed of the poultry manure dryer drum;
4. Adjust the air valve of the  draft fan, and then reduce the air flow quantity.

2. After being dried by poultry manure drying machine, too low output moisture content of the dry chicken manure:

Causes :

1. The feeding hot air temperature is too high;
2. The wet manure feeding quantity is too little;
3. The rotation speed of the poultry manure dryer is too slow.

Solution:

1. Reduce the fuel feeding quantity to the hot air furnace;
2. Increase the wet manure feeding quantity;
3. Increase the rotation speed of the poultry manure dryer drum.

3. Poultry manure dryer Machine Drum jump up and down

Causes : The position of the carrier roller is changed .

Solution: Adjust the position of the carrier roller to the right position.

4. Screw Conveyor is blocked.

Causes:

1. When start the machine, without feeding the wet manure in time,
2. Stop the machine untimely, and the machine is blocked by the manure.

Solution:

1. First to start the screw conveyor, and then sends the wet manure into the screw conveyor;
2. After all the manure is out of the screw conveyor, and then stop the screw conveyor.

5. The water vapor (flue gas) contains many dust.

Causes: There is air leakage phenomenon.

Solution: To check the connection parts of the air duct tube, and seal well the connection parts.

6. Deodorization Effect is not good.

Causes:

1. Does not clean the filter stoneperiodically,
2. Does not change the water periodically.

Solution:

1. Clean the filter stoneperiodically,
2. Change the water periodically.
