The processing process of the distiller’s grains through the Dingli distiller’s grain feed dryer: the material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material continues to flow in the middle layer. It is repeatedly lifted in, showing a two-step forward travel mode, the material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-loop manner in the outer drum, and the material that achieves the drying effect travels quickly under the action of hot air. After the drum is discharged, the wet material that has not reached the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. The material is fully dried in the rectangular pallet, thus completing the process of Distiller's Grains drying machine.
