Oil Palm Fiber Drying Machine

01. It is inner water which needs enough time to heat and dry it sufficiently;

01. Oil Palm Fiber should be made into smaller pieces so that have better flow ability and with more contact area with hot air.

02. The dryer should can supply enough drying time;

03. The dryer should can supply enough drying space and water evaporation space ;

04. Oil Palm Fiber should can pass through the dryer cylinder smoothly in time, especially to avoid some of it is stuck at the inlet end of the dryer. 

05. The inner design of the dryer should be reasonable which can help to disperse the oil palm fiber sufficiently, then make sure there is enough contact area between the hot air and oil palm fiber, thus the oil palm fiber can be heated by the hot air sufficiently, thus can have better heat exchanging efficiency.

 

--- Natural Gas Burner and Heat Exchanger are used to generate clean hot air for the dryer machine.

--- Inlet belt conveyor sends wet oil palm fiber into inlet rotary airlock valve.

--- Rotary airlock valve sends the wet wet oil palm fiber into the rotary dryer evenly, and also avoid the cold air into the dryer machine.

--- Rotary dryer not only supply the drying chamber, but also its help the hot air to heat and dry the wet oil palm fiber sufficiently, and get rid of the water, and finally reduce the moisture content of the wet oil palm fiber to the needed moisture content about 10%.

--- Induced fan makes the hot air into the dryer, and makes the dry wet oil palm fiber, exhaust air and water vapor out of the dryer, and goes into cyclone separator.

--- Inside the cyclone separator the dry oil palm fiber is separated from the exhaust air and water vapor. Finally the dry oil palm fiber leave the cyclone separator through Rotary airlock valve, and fall down onto the outlet belt conveyor, and the exhaust air and water vapor leaves the cyclone separator through top, then pass through the draft fan, and then goes into atmosphere.

--- Output belt conveyor takes away the dry oil palm fiber from Rotary airlock valve.

--- Electric Control Cabinet is used to control the above machines of the oil palm fiber dryer machine.
