The features of our
alfalfa dryer system is high temperature, fast drying, environment friendly, energy saving. After being dried, the crude protein of the alfalfa can be up to 22%, and the alfalfa is still in green color. Our alfalfa drying system is designed to dry the alfalfa in large quantity. There are hot air furnace and burner to be used to generate the heat needed for the alfalfa dehydration process. The related fuel choice can be coal, waste wood, wood pellet, diesel, natural gas, etc. The clients can select the most economical fuel accordingly.
In our alfalfa dryer system, there are temperature test devices to show the drying temperature. We can control the drying temperature by adjust the fuel feeding and the air volume of the draft fan. At the certain drying temperature and drying time, then we can get the 10-12% humidity alfalfa.
Maxium capacity of the
alfalfa dryer can be 10 t/h (wet alfalfa), 240 t/h per day (wet alfalfa).

Provide technology support during daily running; If necessary and under request the seller can send engineers to remove disorders on machines; provide spare parts; others if necessary and reasonable.
