Workflow of alfalfa drying process is as follows:
Fresh alfalfa --> alfalfa knead machine --> Belt conveyor --> Inlet feeder -->
Rotary Alfalfa Dryer --> Cyclone Separator --> Outlet Feeder --> dried alfalfa --> Output Belt Conveyor --> Bale Machine , and the burner and hot air furnace generate the heat and supply the hot air for the alfalfa drying process.
Why we do not dry the fresh alfalfa directly , but to use alfalfa knead machine ?
The fresh alfalfa is not even, some alfalfa is big, some alfalfa is very samll, then it will highly influence the heat exchanging efficiency in the alfalfa dryer.
As a result, we use alfalfa knead machine to cut the fresh alfalfa into similar pieces in advance, and then we use the
alfalfa dryer to dry the fresh alfalfa, then the heat exchanging efficiency between the alfalfa and hot air is sufficiently.
Finally, the output moisture content of dried alfalfa is even, and the dry product quality is stable and good.
