Brief Introduction of Chicken Manure Drying Line :
Chicken manure dryer is specially designed to reduce the humidity of the fresh chicken manure with moisture content up to 75-80%. After being dried, the moisture content of the dried chicken manure can be less than 13%.
What is more, during the drying process, the high temperature air kills the bacterials in the chicken manure, and the odor also is got rid of by the deodorization tower.
After being dried, the dried chicken manure can be used as very good organic fertilizer, animal feed, etc.

Working Principle of Chicken Manure Drying line:
► Screw conveyor transports the wet chicken manure into the chicken manure dryer through the feed inlet.
► Diesel burner and hot air furnace together supply the hot air for the chicken manure dryer.
► Inside the cylinder of the chicken manure dryer, there are special devices which mixes the wet manure with the hot air sufficiently, thus we can get a very good heat exchanging efficiency between the chicken manure and hot air. The wet chicken manure is heated, and the humidity of the manure is evaporated into water vapour.
► In rear of the chicken manure dryer, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of this high pressure draft fan, the water vapour together with some dust comes out of the chicken manure dryer, and then goes into the cyclone dust collector.
► In the cyclone dust collector, the dust is separated from the water vapour, and falls down through the bottom of the cyclone dust collector. The water vapour with odor then goes into the deodorization tower.
► In the deodorization tower, the odor of the water vapour is got rid of, and finally the clean water vapour goes into atmosphere.
► Finally, the dried chicken manure goes out through the outlet of chicken manure dryer machine. The users can use one belt conveyor to send the dried chicken manure into trucks or warehouse
