From the point of view of reducing the heat consumption of the sawdust dryer system, the lower the temperature of the dry material out of the sawdust dryer, the better the heat exchange effect of the material in the sawdust dryer. Therefore, the temperature is often regarded as one of the important parameters when evaluating the thermal efficiency of the sawdust drying system.
However, although we still need to further improve the efficiency of the rotary sawdust dryer, in order to reduce the temperature of the dry material out of the sawdust dryer, they should also recognize that the low temperature will have some negative effects, such as:
1. If it depends on the sawdust dryer to increase the heat transfer effect in the low temperature section, increase the exhaust gas temperature, and reduce the dry material temperature, unless there is other waste heat to be used, it will increase the exhaust gas temperature of the sawdust dryer, which is not conducive to the long-term safe operation of the exhaust gas treatment system, the electric dust collection plate is easy to deform, and the bag for bag dust collection is easy to burn.
2. The low temperature of the dry material outlet seems to be beneficial to the operation of the sawdust drum dryers, but the low temperature of the feed material is not conducive to the volatilization of the water brought in by the material, and sometimes even causes the material to paste off.
