Nowadays, the people advocates energy conservation and emission reduction. As a manufacturer engaged in sawdust drying equipment manufacturing for many years, we are also constantly striving to produce more energy-saving and environmental protection sawdust drying machine. It reduces the use cost of the equipment and benefits users. Today, I would like to share with you how to reduce the fuel cost of the sawdust dryer.
For example, we use coal as fuel for the sawdust dryer machine. In order to reduce the consumption cost of coal, it is necessary to ensure the full combustion of coal. The size of coal particle, thickness of coal seam and air intake all affect the full combustion of coal.
The first point is the particle size of pulverized coal. The finer the particle size of pulverized coal is, the larger the contact area with air is, and the fuller the combustion of pulverized coal is. Through many experiments, it is found that when the particle size of pulverized coal is controlled around 0.05mm, the combustion of pulverized coal is the most sufficient.
The second point is the thickness of the coal seam. The thickness of coal seam should also be controlled within a proper range. When the thickness of the coal seam is thin, the ventilation capacity of the burner of the sawdust dryer is large, but the wind speed is not uniform, which may cause holes in the coal seam, which is not conducive to the full combustion of the coal powder. Generally, the thickness of coal seam is controlled at about 150 mm, and the coal combustion is sufficient.
Finally, the amount of air blown into the burner. As the medium of pulverized coal combustion, the amount of air blown in should also be determined according to the amount of materials. When the thickness of coal seam is large, in order to ensure full combustion, the amount of air to be blown is also large. Instead, less air is blown in.
