Poultry Manure Dryer Machine is known as chicken manure drying machine. It is specially designed for drying poultry manure. It can be used to dry the fresh poultry manure with moisture content up to 75% directly, also can to be used to dry the fermented poultry manure with moisture content up to about 40%.
Poultry manure dryer is the key equipment of chicken manure drying system, and its working principle is as belows:
1. Tractor shovel put wet poultry manure into mechanical feeding hopper.
2. Inlet screw conveyor feeds the wet poultry manure into rotary chicken manure dryer.
3. The wet poultry manure goes into the cylinder of chicken manure dryer by feed inlet hole. Meantime, hot flue gas goes into the dryers through the air duct tube.
4. On the inner wall of the chicken manure dryer, there are many welded lifting plates, and also there is crushing shaft in the middle. When poultry manure drying machine is rotating, the chicken manure is dispersed evenly inside the dryer, then hot flue gas are mixed sufficiently with poultry manure by the mixing function of the lifting plates and crushing shaft. Lift plates on the inner side of rotary drum makes the chicken manure moving up and down, and moves forward to the discharging end.
5. At the discharging end of poultry manure dryer, there is induced draft fan which is connected to the chicken manure dryer by air duct tube. The function of the induced draft fan is to suck out the exhaust air and water vapor out of the dryers in time, and avoid the dried chicken manure become damp again.
6. Finally the exhaust air and water vapor and some dust go into the cyclone dust separator. Inside the cyclone dust separator, the dust is collected and comes out through the bottom, and exhaust air and water vapor goes into deodorization tower to be processed again. Finally the exhaust air goes into atmpsphere.
7. Pellet mill makes the dry chicken manure into organic fertilizer pellets.
8. Packing machine makes the organic fertilizer pellers into bags.
