Structure of Chicken Manure Drying Machine is as follows:
Chicken manure drying machine consist of hot air furnace (include fuel feeding hopper and Blower), feeding equipment (input screw conveyor), large drum (cylinder), air duct tube, induced draft fan, deodorization tower, draft fan, control panel, output belt conveyor, etc.
On the inner wall of the chicken manure dryer, there are welded guide plates and lifting plates. Outside the dryer, there is heat preservation layer, and on the both end of the dryer there are inlet cover and outlet cover.
The large ring is put on the carrier roller. The big gear is assembled on the chicken manure dryer.
The motor makes the reducer rotate, and then the pinion gear of reducer makes the big gear of drum rotates.
The draft fan makes hot flue gas into the dryer through the air duct, and in the dryer, hot flue gas heat the wet manure sufficiently. Then the humidity of the wet manure is evaporated into water vapor. The dried manure goes out from the chicken manure dryer's outlet.
