Introduction of Pulse Bag Filter:
Pulse bag filter (Bag Type Dust Catcher) is a new generation of bag filter, which is developed on the basis of DMC pulse filter and the advanced technology at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of small air volume single machine filter in China.
The high pressure (0.3 ~ 0.8MPa) pulse valve with large flow and Venturi filter bag by bag injection cleaning technology are adopted in the dust remover, which has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency, especially the on-line cleaning feature, which can make the dust remover operate continuously and overcome the disadvantages of the original mechanical vibration and shutdown for cleaning. It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, non mineral processing, grain, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The filter material of this machine is usually polyester needle felt, the discharge concentration is lower than 30mg / Nm3, and when high quality filter material is used, the efficiency of collecting 0.3 ~ 2 μ dust is superior to that of any other precipitator.
The control system of the machine adopts pulse injection controller, and the automatic control of ash cleaning is realized. See Table 1 for specifications and performance of DMC series.
